The 10 days Wild Adventure trip in Nepal is going to be one of the best journey of your life. The package starts with a short introduce of Nepalese Cuisine and a warm welcome by Hiking Nepal. The whole trip is going to be full of fun, thrill and excitements with the activities inside three different city of Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara. In Kathmandu, you will enjoy Mt. Flight over the glittering Himalayas including Mt. Everest, sightseeing of interesting historical heritages and dinner with Hiking Nepal Team at Nepalese authentic restaurant. Chitwan, a land of Bangal Tiger and One Horned Rhino, is next destination of your trip, where you will enjoy the Jungle safari activities. On the way to Chitwan National Park, you will stop at Trishuli Rafting spot. Enjoying the white Water Rafting, stay overnight at Camp. Another interest destination of this trip is Pokhara. Pokhara is known as the city of Lakes and best place for rejuvenate self. Paragliding, Zip-fliers, Bunjee, Boating are some of the adventurous activities you can involve while staying at Pokhara.

Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel, Welcome Dinner at Nepalese Cuisine restaurant

The first view of Nepal from the window of your plane could be a lifetime memorable view as the clear wide and white range of Himalayas shine straight in-front of your eyes. The ecstatic beauty is so rare that you won’t be able to blink your eyes. Welcome to Nepal; a large heaven within this small planet Earth. On your arrival in Kathmandu International Airport, one of our representative will pick up you and escort you to the hotel as well as help you to check-in at hotel. After your refreshment, you will be briefed about the next day trip. In the evening, we, the Hiking Nepal will offer you a welcome dinner introducing Nepalese cuisine and culture.

Day 02 Early Morning Mt. Flight, sightseeing of Kathmandu City

Wake up and get ready early morning for a Mt. Flight trip. You will be pick up from Hotel and transfer to Kathmandu Domestic Airport. Mountain Flight to Everest is one of the most exclusive tour that takes you deep into the Himalayas, flying over the valleys as close as five nautical miles from the Mt. Everest. Enjoy the majestic Himalayas ranges and beautiful landscapes in a comfortable way. It will be around 45 minute’s flight witnessing Himalayan peaks, glaciers and lakes. Enjoying fantastic flight over the mountains, you will drive back to Hotel.

After light food, you will be introduced with tour guide for a Kathmandu sightseeing tour. Today, you will be taken to UNESCO Heritages sites of the valley where you will observe living heritage of Medieval Nepal - Witness the biggest Hindu temple of Nepal, Pashupatinath and capture the sacred moments of Hindu death ritual at Aryaghat in Pashupatinath. Drive to the hill top world heritage site and a center of Kathmandu, “Swyambhu” Stupa-meaning “self -emerge” and belief that the hill emerged impulsively from the great lake that once covered Kathmandu valley.  You will also explore the biggest Stupa in the world, which resembles like Tibet with colorful outlets encircling the stupa that sell Tibetan products and Buddhist religious materials. After exploring Boudhanath, you will head back to our hotel.

Day 03 Drive to Trishuli River for day rafting, overnight at Camp

After breakfast, you will be pick up by driver to transfer to Trishuli Rafting spot. Here, you will be introduce with rafting guide who will brief you about rafting techniques, and equipment. Follow guide instruction and enjoy the electrifying rapids. You will encounters some rapids like ladies delight, monsoon, upset and surprise are most exciting part of today’s activity. Reaching end point, you will return back to camp and enjoy the free time at your own.

Day 04 Drive to Pokhara, transfer to Hotel, boating at Fewa Lake

Today, you will be escorted towards Pokhara, most idealistic destination. It is a short ride first along the Prithivi Highway to Pokhara. . In the noon, you shall arrive to Pokhara and check into hotel, which lies at the lakeside- the major tourist hub across Nepal. Then, you can set out to explore the Lake Town. Evening boating at Fewa Lake is really pleasing.

Day 05 Early Morning: Sarangkot Excursion, Paragliding, Zip-flier and Bunjee activities

Wake up early morning for excursion trip to Sarangkot. Located at an altitude of 1592 m, it is the highest point on the Pokhara valley rim. From here, you can see the whole Pokhara Valley and the Annapurna ranges (Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Machhapuchure, Annapurna III, Annapurna II, Annapurna IV and Lamjung Himal). It is a perfect place to view the magnificent snowcapped mountains during sunrise.

In the afternoon, you can try Zip-Flying or Paragliding and a waterfall Bungee Jumping in Pokhara. Alternatively, you can also join Mountain Bike tour inside Pokhara.

Day 06 Sightseeing of Pokhara and Hike to Peace Pagoda

After breakfast, get ready for full day exploration of the amazing lake town Pokhara. You will have sightseeing tour of Davis Fall, Mahendra Cave, Seti Gorge, Bat Cave and Peace Pagoda. Refreshing self at Peace stupa, you will hike down to the Fewa Lake. The today exploration will end with boating at Fewa Lake. In the evening stroll around the crowded tourist hub Lakeside.

Day 07 Drive to Bandipur via Begnas

Now, it’s a time to leave Pokhara and get ready for another interesting destination. Today, you will drive toward Bandipur. While exiting out of Pokhara, you will have a stop at Begnas Lake – another amazing green lake. Enjoy a short boat ride in the lake and continue the ride towards Bandipur. A small hilltop town, Bandipur is a typical Newari Town with stone paved streets having traditional houses on their both sides. Explore around Bandipur and click the Himalayan panorama. Enjoy a very peaceful stay at Bandipur.

Day 08 Hiking towards Bandipur Adventure Cave and Drive to Chitwan, Jungle Activities

After refreshing breakfast, start walking along the village down toward Bandipur Adventure Cave. The cave lies in the middle of green forest with a rocky entrance. The cave is called as Sidda Gufa which includes two entrance, slippery stone paths, and natural artwork created by limestone which are considered to be formed thousands of years back. The cave is consider to be a largest cave in Nepal. You will walk downhill following stone steps to catch vehicle for your drive to wild destination Chitwan.

On arriving at Chitwan, we shall check into our resort. . You will drive along the Trishuli River in a snaky black topped Prithvi Highway viewing the green hill and highway life.  Reaching Chitwan, you can get refresh and get back to Lobby for a short brief about the Chitwan Tour program by your Safari Guide. After a while, get ready to go for Tharu village walk. Tharu, is ethnic group hugely settled in the Terai belt of Nepal. Explore traditional houses of Tharus, their lifestyle and even go to visit a museum that exhibits the traditional items representing Tharu culture. In the evening, don’t missed to go in the bank of Rapti River for a perfect sun set view. Your guide will give you a time to get ready for a Tharu cultural dance show; enjoy the Tharu stick dance and a crazy peacock dance reflecting the traditional lifestyles. Have delightful dinner at hotel and a wonderful time.

Day 09 Jungle Activities, Drive back to Kathmandu

Today, guide shall take you for an early morning nature walk in the wildlife park, which is an opportunity for sighting birds’ species. After walk, have breakfast and then drive all the way back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu you will check into hotel and get refreshed and relaxed. In the evening, we, Hiking Nepal, will offer you a farewell dinner at authentic restaurant. You can share your experience, feedback us and give us a chance to make your evening a wonderful time. Day 10 Departure Transfer

Our tour officer will pick you up from your hotel three hours prior to your departure time. You will be escorted in a private vehicle to the airport for your final departure. Have a safe flight home.

We have prepared the trip departure dates in small groups departure for group fun and enjoyment trekking. Our group size start from 2 peoples (Even for solo travelers, we organize single trip on supplement cost of US$- 200 additional) and maximum group size will be 8-10 travelers. But in general, our every date will have small groups of 4- 6 peoples, which is good group size for safe and flexible & comfortable trekking. All the foreign nationals (except Indian nationals) are required to display Visa while entering Nepal. Nepalese Visa can be obtained either at Nepalese Embassy of respective country or can be obtained during your arrival at the International Airport in Kathmandu or from the Nepal’s border entry point. However, certain nationals are requested to arrange Visa prior to arrival in Nepal. The listed countries are- Afghanistan, Iraq, Cameroon, Ghana, Somalia, Swaziland, Palestine, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Liberia and cannot secure Nepalese Visa on arrival.

Requirements: Traveler should have a valid passport for at least six months, recent digital photos (size: 1.5" x 1.5") and Visa fees (either US$ or equivalent) mentioned as below:

For Tour, group size do not hamper however, we normally run with minimum 2 person to maximum 10 in our published group departure program. Even, private trip is run without any barrier on group size. Even, we run a trip for single person and for more than 10 in a group. 

During your stay in Kathmandu, we accommodate you in 3 star category hotel in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Breakfast is included with room accommodation. Normally, based on your group size, you will be accommodated in twin or triple sharing basis. In case of single room stay in a group, you will require to pay single supplement charge mentioned in our trip cost. Also, if you wish to upgrade hotel accommodation, we can accommodate you in respective hotels with surcharge.

On your arrival in Kathmandu and a day before your departure for homeland, we Hiking Nepal Team will invite you for Welcome and Farewell dinner. You will be taken to an authentic restaurant serving Nepali Cuisine with some cultural Dance Show. For your other day’s meals, you can get hygienic restaurants providing verities of taste including continental, Chinese, Italian, Nepalese and many more.

Similarly, for your stay at Chitwan, you will be accommodation in standard resort with full board meal course. The room will be provided in a sharing basis that could be either twin or triple depending on group size. Meals includes Breakfast, Lunch, Hi Tea, and Dinner and is served by Hotel itself.

Regarding upgrade in Hotel accommodation, we can accommodate in 3 to 5 star range to Boutique Hotels based on your suggestion.

On your arrival in Kathmandu and during city tour, we, Hiking Nepal, will provide you a private vehicle depending on your group size. However, for a drive outside Kathmandu valley, you will be driving by public tourist standard vehicle. If you are uncomfortable in such driving, we shall arrange a private vehicle for you with additional surcharges. Please suggest us in advance.

During your trip, it is very essential that you are accompanied with very experienced and qualified tour guide for the safety and successful of the trip. Our guides are trained and licensed from Nepal Government and fluent in any language as per your need. For Tour in Nepal, you can travel whole year and every season display different scenarios.  However, it is wise to know about climatic season. Normally, 2 season are considered best: Spring and autumn and season is categories in 4 different climatic seasons: 

During this time, temperature is mildly warm in low lands while moderate in higher altitudes with plenty of opportunities to have astonishing views of the mountains and landscape. At this time, the blossom flowers especially national flower of Nepal – rhododendron decorate the ascending altitudes with its generous color and beauty. Even the High altitude lodges get opened and get occupied with the mountain lovers.

This is also the monsoon season in Nepal. At this time, the weather is hot and wet at times. It rains almost every day with occasional thunderstorms in the evening. The rain spreads the pleasantness around with lush green vegetation. If you are planning to trek in this season, we suggest to choose rain shaded areas of Nepal. Even, if you do not mind rain, and wants to trek in this season, you should compulsorily bring umbrella, pancho, proper waterproof hiking boots, wind proof jackets, baggage wrap, and raincoat as well as required insect repellent. Likewise, the reward of this month is the view of lush green valley captured by small flowers. It is a wonderful time to observe monsoon cycle of agriculture and the traditional life of Nepalese people.

This time is considered to be the best tourist season in Nepal with the end of summer and the winter to set in. The weather is highly pleasant so are the mountain views. The trekking routes get beautified with the presence of trekkers and expedition groups. Meantime, most of the festivals of Nepalese societies are enthusiastically celebrated at this time.

During this time, the weather is cool and the sky is clear with occasional snowfalls at higher elevations. At this time, trekking in lower elevation is fine however, at the high altitude, most of the lodges get closed and it will be a bit difficult to cross high altitude passes. This season is good for trekking in lower elevations. The morning and night get extreme cold sometime reaching temperature at (-) minus but the days are warm and pleasant.


While travelling to Nepal, you are requested to have a travel insurance that should cover any comprehensive expenses possible to acquire due to medical issues or accidents. Especially, your travel insurance must protect air ambulance, treatment charges, rescue and evacuation, product cancellation and refundable charges, flight delay and cancellations. We suggest you to bring your travel insurance certificate or send us scan copy and it must be issued from your home land. We do not arrange or sell insurance. 

It is better to follow the precaution given by World Health Organization and other international health related institutions that recommend having vaccines before travelling Nepal to prevent from certain fatal illness. If possible, we suggest you to bring your medical certificate however, it is not required to show but for safety. The recommended vaccines are polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, typhoid, yellow fever, hepatitis A/B, Influenza (Flu), Japanese encephalitis, and Tuberculosis. Meantime, it is better to consult your professional doctor about your travel and he might recommend you properly. You can also take suggestion of local travelers who have travelled Nepal before and know more about the required precautions. Please note that the protection that can be gained from vaccines varies from 50% to almost 100%. So remember that even if you have taken a vaccine you might still get the disease, although you will have greatly reduced your chances of getting ill.

If you are satisfied with the proposal, we request you to fill up an online booking form along with 20% payment of total trip cost. Your booking form should be attached with a scan passport copy and a head shot photograph. One member of a team can fill up a booking form however; all other member should be familiar with the terms and condition before confirmation.

The trip cost is always quoted in US$ unless otherwise stated. Booking deposit can be made by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card (Visa or Master Card). 20% of your deposit is the non-refundable amount and compulsory to deposit by every member. You can pay your remaining amount once you arrive in Kathmandu. Meantime, the conditions applied only for Nepal Trip or your travel to other destination- Tibet, Bhutan, India via Kathmandu. Be informed that your deposit by credit card or debit card will deduct extra 4% as Bank service charge.

In case of Tailor Made trips, you may require a higher deposit or full payment during booking, which may differ from deposit rate referred in this clause. In such cases, you will be timely advised on mail by Hiking Nepal for the amount to be paid. 

Payment is done once you are agreed with the terms and conditions of Hiking Nepal and fill up a Booking form. Then, you should pay 20% of total trip cost and in a group, each member should deposit the mentioned amount. For the payment, you can either Bank transfer or pay by Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX).

Don’t forget to Email the Bank Reference Number or remittance slip on deposit. It can track and claim the fund easier if provided with asked details (reference #/remittance slip or sender credential) and incase Bank misplaces the transfer. 

If cancellation is made 30 days prior to trip, 20% of your deposit is non- refundable. In case of deposit of full amount of more than 20%, we alter it for your next trip.

If you leave your trip after starts on whatever the reason be, no refund will be given for any unused portion of the trip.

If company in case failed to provide the trip due to unexpected circumstances like flight cancellation by airlines, heavy snow, landslides and any other disasters that are out of control; choice for tour of similar nature would be provided. Alternatively, your trip could also be postponed for the next time. However, any extra expenses incurred due to such cancellation, would be your own liability.

Likewise, any extra expenses incurred by you due to delay or cancellation of flight or any additional cost should bring upon yourself.

  •        Cancellation Charges are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total trip cost.
  •        Cancellation 60 days or more before departure: 100% of Total Deposit.
  •        Cancellation 59-21 days before departure: 50% of Total Trip Cost.
  •        Cancellation less than 21 days before departure: 100% of Total Trip Cost.

The Client is strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

While travelling to a destination, there might occurs a series of questions, such as what should I bring, level of fitness, insurance, security, right time, visa procedure etc. Hence, to solve with such queries, here is prepared list with feasible answers.

Trekking in Nepal is walking in the Himalayas, on mostly level ground with a few sections of steep hillsides- ups and down. It is not so difficult nor too easy to trek Everest Base camp. Your health and physical fitness is vital. Hence, if you can walk 5 miles a day and in a good aerobic shape, you will definitely complete the trek. And you can trek smoothly if you are used to with some walking habits and even join some gym, aerobics. Also, it is better to build a habits of hiking for 3 to 6 hours once a week and use stairs ups and down to make your knees strong and comfortable to walk in the Rocky Mountains. If you are in a good shape, you can enjoy the overall experience.

Nepal is safe for travelling to anybody who wish to spend their holidays with fun and excitements. If you are travelling solo, involved with authorized company and make sure that you should be guided by licensed holder local guides. Both group trek and private trek is organized for trekking in Nepal. In a Group Trek, participant from different nation, gender and ages joined the dates published in our websites. It is good for those who do not like to join the group and wants some flexibility with itineraries and services.

The group is main thing while trekking in Himalayas. The trip will be full of fun and memorable while trekking in a group. While joining a group dates, we organize a group of minimum 2 people to maximum 8. In case private trip, there is no barrier in group size and could run from single person.

The Himalayas of Nepal is you trek in the remote site. However, most of the trekking destination are facilitated with the available of accommodating ranging from very basic to highly sophisticated. As you go up, the accommodation will be basic but neat and clean beds with comfortable mattress. Beds are quite small and shared bathroom (some lodges also offer attached bathroom). There is chimney heater in the dining hall where tables are set around to sit nearby heater. We provide clean and comfortable room with attached bathroom at the places where it is available. For meals, you will be served sufficient hygienic food. Our service includes a full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Tea/Coffee) based on lodge menu. Normally, for breakfast; porridge, cereals, toast or chapattis, omelets and a range of hot drinks are served. Likewise for Lunch and Dinner; you can taste some Nepalese food (esp. rice, lentils and curry), local food, Indian food, Italian Spaghetti, noodles, potatoes, even Pizza in some areas. It is obvious that you will receive fresh and organic food in the Himalayas of Nepal. Your breakfast and dinner will be served in lodge where you stay and lunch on the way during trek.

For trekking in Nepal, you will be guided by locally trained licensed holder trekking guide who are involved in trekking for many years and used to with the trail, local culture and surrounding. They speak good English and make you feel comfortable while trekking.

While trekking in high altitude, headache and diarrhea is common sickness and our guide will take some prescribed medicine. But for the serious illness and other factor, they are not authorized to take the medicine. But help to take you to the hospital or evacuated back to Kathmandu. Also, you can bring Diamox or other medicine after consulting with your doctor or general physician.
